REFUNDS LIMITED ONLY TO TRADITIONAL & CUSTOMIZABLE CANVAS

If an order is placed and then canceled, I will refund 15% of the total back to the client. Please ensure to consider your decision carefully before placing an order. Refunds are limited to this 15% to cover the cost of materials and preparation time that go into each product.

What shipping options are offered?

Paintings will be shipped via USPS, with clients having the choice between USPS Ground Advantage (within 3-5 Days) which is INCLUDED in Canvas Price or USPS Priority Mail (within 1-3 Days) which is an ADDITIONAL COST.

College Canvas 16 x 20 & 18 x 24 & 20 x 24 Shipping Options

Paintings will be shipped via UPS, with clients having the choice between UPS Ground (within 1-5 Days) which is INCLUDED in Canvas Price, UPS 3 Day Select (ADDITIONAL COST), or UPS 2 Day Air (ADDITIONAL COST).

Upon payment of the full amount and the package marked as shipped, clients will receive a tracking number to monitor their delivery.

Is Shipping provided for Homecoming Mums & Garters?

No, Homecoming Mums & Garters are only available for the Greater Houston area for

IN-PERSON PICKUPS ONLY!!

Why have I not received my tracking number?

If you have not received your tracking number, please note that orders are processed and shipped during weekdays only. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you via email to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Additionally, please ensure that any outstanding balance on your order has been paid in full. Failure to settle the unpaid balance may result in a delay in the processing and shipment of your order.
